It’s no secret: ticket sales only account for a small portion of our operating budget. As an up-and-coming not-for-profit organization, we rely on your donations to bring you the quality, innovative programming that Choral Chameleon is known for.
To give you an idea of where the money goes, here are some examples:
$75 pays for rented space for a rehearsal
$150 pays for a year’s membership in a professional association like Chorus America
$200 pays for programs for a concert
$500 pays for sheet music for a concert
$600 names a singer's position (chair) in memory of your loved one
(i.e. The Brock Memorial Soprano Chair)
$2,000 pays our singers for one concert
$5,000 pays all expenses to underwrite one of our fantastic series concerts. We'd love to
dedicate a performance in the memory or honor of the person of your choice.
$10,000 names you Executive Producer on a commercially released recording.
